A Relational Representation of a Hospital

This is a simplistic relational model of a hospital.

Note that this model can become much more complex by the inclusion of a number of many-to-many relationships. The normalisation of these many-to-many relationships would require an extra entity for each many-to-many relationship in order to remove the repeating groups.
